A businessman has moved the Bombay high court seeking a direction to remove offensive content against Islam posted on YouTube. The division bench comprising Justices Abhay Oka and Sadhana Jhadav ordered that this matter be treated as a Public Interest Litigation and ordered the matter be posted before the chief justice.
